HONOURING THE LINEAGES

This work is rooted in deep respect for the ancestral lineages that have carried these teachings through time. We honour the Q'ero traditions of the Andean mountains, whose cosmology, protocols, and medicine ways have been generously shared with permission and prayer.

You will be introduced to the ethics of shamanic practice—understanding the responsibility that comes with working in sacred ways.
This includes the power of intention, right relationship, and the importance of reciprocity. Together, we’ll explore the medicine wheel, the unseen realms, and how to walk with integrity across thresholds of spirit and matter.

This is not a cultural borrowing. This is a ceremony of remembering, with reverence at its core.

EARTH WEAVING

This module honours the sacred protocols that have been entrusted to us by wisdom keepers and Indigenous teachers. Through careful permission and relationship, we share what has been lovingly passed down—never claimed, only carried with devotion.

You will be introduced to ancestral tools for grounding and protection: smudging, prayer, elemental guardians, spiritual allies, sacred cycles, and the living intelligence of the Earth herself. We’ll explore the energetics of space-holding, the anatomy of ceremony, and how to tend to portals and thresholds in a way that is impeccable and spirit-led.

This is where the unseen becomes felt. Where your relationship to the natural world becomes a co-creation rooted in humility, courage, and care.

THE SHADOW

This is the heart of the work. Shadow is not something to fix—it is something to meet. In this module, we explore the unseen aspects of self: the stories, wounds, beliefs, and patterns that live below the surface, quietly shaping our lives.

You’ll be guided through somatic awareness, trauma mapping, nervous system literacy, neuroplasticity, and the emotional roots of your internal dialogue. This isn’t about bypassing pain. It’s about building the capacity to stay present with it, to listen to what it’s asking of you.

We walk the path of integration—becoming the Hollow Bone—so that life can move through you with more truth, power, and peace.

ALCHEMY + CEREMONY

This is where transformation becomes embodied.

Through movement, breath, sound, and stillness, we learn to enter the heart space—not as a concept, but as a lived experience. These ceremonies help us meet the places within that feel dense, blocked, or forgotten, and allow that energy to move, shift, and release.

You’ll be invited to participate fully—to surrender what is ready to be let go and reclaim what has been waiting to return. This module guides you into ritual practices that awaken the body, clear the emotional field, and bring coherence to the mind and soul.

We shake the tree not to break it, but to loosen what no longer belongs—and to listen for what might fall gently into our hands.

ADORNING OUR WOUNDS

Healing doesn’t mean erasing the past—it means learning to walk with it in beauty.

In this module, we move from excavation to reverence. The parts of you that once felt heavy or hidden are gently witnessed and honoured, not as flaws to fix, but as sacred markings of the path you've walked.

You will learn to adorn what was once abandoned—through ritual, arts therapy, movement, and devotional embodiment. We bring softness to the places that once only knew survival, and offer love to the parts that never felt safe enough to shine.

This is a reclamation of joy, sensuality, worth, and belonging.
This is where healing becomes sacred art.

TRANSMUTATION

This is where we become the medicine.

You will be initiated into Fire Ceremony, an ancient rite of the Q’ero Andean peoples. Fire is not symbolic—it is a sacred force that consumes, transforms, and clears. It asks for your full presence.

To be a Fire Keeper is to carry responsibility.
It is to walk with the fire as ally, teacher, and truth-teller.

You will learn to tend this portal with reverence and discipline.
Not to perform—but to remember.

This final rite is your threshold.
Not an ending, but a return.

Crystal (Yati) holds this space with the wisdom of her lived experience and initiations — rooted in Andean Mountain Shamanism, sacred Earth-based traditions, and Yogic lineages. Through experiential teaching, storytelling, guided rituals, and deep somatic practices, you will:

I'M YATI

Beloved, my name is Crystal — though I walk this path as Yati, a name gifted to me by my teachers to honour the sacred road I’ve chosen to walk. I am a ceremonialist, a mother, a guide, and a student of Spirit. My journey here has been anything but linear, and everything about it has shaped the woman I’ve become.

I live with neurodivergence (Autistic + ADHD) and chronic pain. My story carries threads of instability, trauma, and heartbreak — and for a long time, I believed the world couldn't be changed by someone like me. But walking the path of shadow work, ritual, and ancestral remembrance revealed a deeper truth: that the pain we carry can become our prayer. That our stories, even the darkest ones, are sacred threads in the great weaving.

Through years of initiations, study, and surrender, I’ve come to understand that healing is not a destination — it’s a way of relating. A way of being in reverent relationship with life, with the Earth, with the invisible realms, and with ourselves.

My deepest calling is to hold space for those ready to walk through the fire of remembrance — to unbind themselves from who they were told to be and reclaim the wholeness of who they truly are.

I carry lineages of Andean Mountain Shamanism, Indigenous teachings, yogic tradition, and the wisdom of lived experience. In this work, I bring everything I have — heart, grit, devotion, and the unwavering belief that transformation is possible for every single one of us.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me by the river with my dog, Durga, making offerings to the Earth, crafting medicine with my hands, or tending to my daughters — who are, and will always be, my greatest teachers.

I don’t hold the answers. I hold the sacred mirror.
