By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms:

1. Participation & Personal Responsibility

You understand that Alchemy of the Soul is a deeply immersive, experiential program that includes somatic practices, spiritual teachings, live group coaching, ceremonies, and shadow work. You agree to take full responsibility for your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being throughout the program.

You acknowledge that your healing journey is your own, and while guidance is provided, you are solely responsible for your results, integration, and participation.

2. Health & Safety

You confirm that you are in sufficient physical, emotional, and mental health to participate. You understand this work may bring up emotional responses or discomfort, and you take full accountability for seeking external professional or medical support if needed.

You understand that somatic practices, movement, breathwork, and meditation may impact the nervous system and are undertaken at your own discretion.

3. Ceremony & Ethical Participation

This course includes teachings and protocols from Indigenous and spiritual traditions. By participating, you agree to engage with reverence, respect, and reciprocity. Cultural appropriation, spiritual bypassing, or any misuse of teachings will not be tolerated.

You agree to uphold confidentiality within the group container and honour the sacredness of every participant’s journey.

4. Live Sessions & Recordings

Live sessions and Q&As are hosted via Zoom. You understand that these sessions may be recorded and made available only to other enrolled participants. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any recorded content or course materials outside the course container.

5. Community Guidelines

This is a sacred space. You agree to engage in this community with compassion, non-judgment, and kindness. Harmful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Payments, Refunds & Commitment

All sales are final. Due to the energetic, digital, and spiritual nature of this offering, no refunds will be issued. You understand that your purchase is a commitment, and payment plans (if selected) must be completed in full.

You agree not to dispute or cancel payments once enrolled, and understand that by enrolling, you gain access to proprietary content, teachings, and ceremonies.

7. Waiver of Liability

You release and hold harmless Crystal Ramsay (Yati), Sacred Healing, and all affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation. You understand this work may be intense and choose to engage at your own risk and readiness.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, visuals, language, and practices are the intellectual property of Crystal Ramsay and Sacred Healing. You agree not to copy, duplicate, or repurpose any materials without written consent.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any legal matters must be addressed in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Prince Rupert, BC.

I began my journey with Spirit in 2003 and have been actively working with clients since 2014 and facilitating group circles since 2018.

I am a certified RYT-300 Hr Yoga Instructor with the Shamanic Yoga Institute and the Canadian Yoga Alliance.

I have undergone training in Trauma Informed Therapy, Bioenergetics and Somatics.

I have been an active duty certified EMR/First Responder since 2006

I practice Andean Mountain Shamanism, Reiki, Lightwork, Ceremony, Ritual, Shadow Walking, Journeying and Stewardship of this land as a Pachacuti Inca Mesa carrier.
